My goal in psychotherapy is to increase your sense of well being and reduce any discomfort you may feel. We do this with interpersonal and relational intervention to aid in life’s problems.
By using communication and showing you behavior changes, I can make some of life’s challenges more manageable for you.
Psychotherapy can be short-term (a few sessions), dealing with immediate issues, or long-term (months or years), dealing with longstanding and complex issues.
